At Longcause we work closely with Marjon Speech and Language Therapists in order to ensure we provide our pupils with high quality speech and language provision. 

Each pupil in our Explorers pathway has a speech and language therapy plan, developed by speech and language therapists in conjunction with pupils' class teachers. Each pupil has up to 3 therapy goals that they work on everyday. This allows them the opportunity to repeat rehearse the skills on the plan daily in order to become confident with these skills. Plans get reviewed and updated regularly. 

Our staff on the Explorers Pathway have been trained by Speech and Language therapists, as well as our staff and pupils recieving weekly input from them.
