The young people are the greatest source of how well our career's provision is working towards its intended outcomes.
Pupils offer their feedback in the following ways:
- immediate verbal feedback on a work placement
- Pupil Seesaw comment on how well a work placement/ experience is going and what they are gaining from it (class staff to facilitate this)
- involvement in decisions and choices around employer visits on site and offsite making use of what they are learning from careers input they are getting
- Previous 'alumni' reflecting on how the opportunities and learning at Longcause has supported them in their post 16 placement - Facebook, email, phone calls, visits, Alumni events
