Paul started his Duke of Edinburgh journey at Longcause, achieving his bronze with us in 2018 before continuing with the award at City College Plymouth.

Paul is now about to start a position working for Routeways - an organisation specialising in providing physical, outdoor and adventurous opportunities for disadvantaged people across the city. This is really impressive as during his time at Longcause he completed work experience placement at Routeways and it's lovely to see that he has now managed to secure employment with them.
