Compass Tool - progress towards Gatsby Benchmarks

We regularly complete the Compass Tool to show our progress towards the eight Gatsby Benchmarks. This process is now completed alongside our Enterprise Co-ordinator and Enterprise Advisor to ensure a level of consistency:
