This list contains links to the websites of Post 16 provisions we regularly send our pupils to when they transition to Post 16 at the end of Year 11. We encourage you to take a look at the websites and also to visit the provisions as you start to consider Post 16 placements for your son/daughter. This is the best place to start as we begin planning for the transition on from Longcause.

We will fully support with this through our family meetings, support from CSW and EHCP meetings from Year 9 on wards but this gives you as families a starting point in addition to this.
