Hello, my name is Jade and I’m one of the Family Support Advisors here at Longcause Community Special School.

My role is all about working alongside families, pupils and staff to offer a listening ear, practical help, and emotional support whenever it’s needed. I understand that every family’s journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you - whether that means offering guidance, connecting you with helpful services, or simply being someone you can talk to.

My aim is to build open, trusting relationships and to be a consistent point of contact for any worries or challenges you may face, both in school and at home. Above all, I am here to help support your child’s wellbeing, happiness and progress in any way I can.
